First New Year’s Event
January 12, 2026 Chawy Kurd Center for Political Development, in collaboration with Civilization Development Organization (CDO), held a presentation and publication ceremony for its latest book, entitled (Kurd and Shiite, Changing Text and Attitude), which written by Dr. Yasin Taha and published by Chawy Kurd Center.
During the ceremony, which was attended by a significant number of intellectuals, university professors, writers and readers, a seminar was held for the author of the book on the contents of the book and introduced the book and explained the importance of the subject. Furthermore, discussions and related questions were exchanged by the participants.
At the end of the ceremony, the book was presented to the participants by Chawy Kurd Center. The ceremony was held in the hall of CDO.
