Putin’s speech was revoked on Kremlin website in July 2021, and Putin based on history has tried to prove the Russian National Union and Ukraine. First of all, I want to emphasize that in recent years a wall has emerged between Russia and Ukraine, while Russia and Ukraine have the same history and spirit in common. Here a new historical stage has developed in which Russia Lithuania and Russia Moscow has become the point of unifying and uniting ancient Russian land. At the same time, the idea of existence of Ukrainian nation as a different people from the Russians began after it emerged within Polish elite and a part of molecular enlightenment, which had no historical basis and could never exist. In a way that has been exaggerated to an extent that the Ukrainians are original Slavic rather than Muscovites, these assumptions are more like a tool of political competition between the European states.
