Market is a center where all the information is exchanged, producers and users through prices and demands indirectly contact each other. According to this tie, the process of economic growth is developing and country’s capital is increasing. Therefore as a result, wellbeing of the habitations becomes better.
Economy is one of the most important cores in developing country. Understanding from economy and economics is paving a way in front of individuals in the community in order to have a better understanding of what is happening around them and it has direct and daily bond between their lives and their future. “Economy” consists of product, transformation, and usage of goods and service in a specific area.
Economy and Market
The market economy is simply working on essential motivation. The motivation is a force that makes the producer to produce what customer wants in the market. Therefore, the customer delivers his desires through buying the products of the producers. If the customer is ready to pay $10 for shoes, the producer will produce more shoes and stop producing sandals, instead of the sandals the producers try to make high quality shoes.
After end of internal war in Kurdistan region and unification of both regional administrations, it was decided to call for practicing the Market-Economy system, in which a law of investment was established. The bonds launched in different sectors of the economy. But special interests among them were self-organizing in a way which these self-organizing were impossible to pass without political party’s interests.
Freedom in working steps toward the party’s monopoly. In this way, limitation of the market economic system has been smaller to an extent that only has benefits for party’s elites. Using party authority to get special interests put the economic system of the market under question.
All of these were sourced from a vision of Kurdistan regional politicians to observe the system is short and it did not allow overthrowing the economic development of the region. A weakness in the market economic system means the lack of the system itself, because the measure and data in the market economic system displays a price of profit and loss for each institution, country and region.
Furthermore, the lack of social studies such as increasing in percentage of unmarried girls and boys, increasing death of women who die of childbearing, and increasing poverty’s ratio. The lack of this research and survey leads to political authorities of the region who could not be able to take benefit from the capability of youths of the region.
Deciding to apply this type of system requires well preparation in order to accurate this philosophy with desires and demands of the people. In this meaning, an appropriation should be done between successes of the market economic system with its infrastructure. It means that people’s thoughts are fit with making a deal with this type of system in production, in capital movement, in business, in developing a workforce known as the dynamics of that system. If we do not work with this system’s mechanisms, thus the market economic system will become dies writings.
