- Another characteristic of a healthy person is that he allows himself and others to criticize, oppose and protest against all intellectual, religious and ideological systems. A healthy person knows the fact that all systems, all organizations, all beliefs and ideas, when faced with criticism and protest will get better and stronger. A healthy person is never hostile to the individual, because human being is sanctified, but imperfect person not moving towards perfection. Rather, it opposes and criticizes thoughts, beliefs, systems and approaches. This belongs to two reasons: First, to improve it. Second, no thought, belief or ideology belongs to anyone and everyone can have their own opinions and criticisms.
- In the case of mental health, a healthy person is one who has a spirit of resistance. As you know, excitement is a feeling in some ways; the danger is safely controlled, so basically the characteristics of a healthy person move in that direction. He likes subjects, life, work, activities to always be difficult, not impossible. He does not pursue the impossible, or the simple. This is the difference between a healthy person and an unhealthy person. A person who is not healthy always seeks some kind of comfort before work and activity. While a healthy person works, he then goes in search of rest and comfort.
- A healthy person loves himself self-love; the meaning of self-love is very simple: that is, he considers himself good and loved. A person who thinks himself good and loved will make him do all virtuous things for himself and avoid all wicked things. It assumes responsibility and the consequences of all its activities and does not violate the privacy or rights of any other person. Self-love, in my opinion, is nothing else.
- A healthy person is an absolutely free person. Freedom and absolutism means: I live in a world where a small part is bad and wrong and a small part is good and right. The other side is the difference. The world is a world of difference. Five percent of the world may be good or bad, but ninety-five percent is the difference. This is how the free man sees the world, while the narrow-minded man sees the world in black and white, religious and irreligious, friends and enemies, good and evil, lawful and forbidden.
- A healthy person is fair and justice. This may be the greatest human value. Justice and fairness, we know that since the time of Aristotle, justice has been defined so that everyone has a right. But there is deception in our philosophical and religious conceptions. We must first determine the right to be paid, and then establish justice. The concept of justice is actually a kind of putting everything in its proper place. But the most important human value is of course fairness. Therefore, it has been said that a society can live with blasphemy, but cannot live with oppression and injustice.
- Trust, as you know, it is said that the cornerstone of human personality is trust. The basic principles of trust, which often extend to the end of life, are established in the first 14 months of life. Therefore, in the first 14 months, you and I become people who trust ourselves, others and the world because of what happens around us and may be confirmed later.
- Peace, many people have peace problems; they have confused it with laziness, unemployment and something else. Calmness means maximum speed, without movement and vibration smooth. You are at peace when you are physically and mentally strong. You may be excited, but you are free from fear and worry. Peace is the most developed, comfortable and happy person. Restlessness creates fear, anxiety and worry. Those who do nothing and fear failure are restless. The issue of peace is very important. Fortunately, we can calm ourselves down. The body can be relaxed, easily entering the alpha phase. Alpha is a brain wave, which ranges from seven to fourteen cycles per second. In this way, one can even rebuild oneself and prepare oneself for life.
- Responsibility, a healthy person cares about duty, that is, contract duty. Duty is largely imposed from outside. While responsibility is the ability to respond, it is an internal phenomenon. A healthy person is one who fulfills his duties and responsibilities. Responsibility is like body temperature. Up to 37 degrees is normal. But 27 or 47 both kill people. People who take too much responsibility, and those who accept less, are both sick. Therefore, responsibility must be measured.
