Since June, 2016 Islamic state in Iraq and Sham (Isis) had controlled Mosul the second biggest city of Iraq, various questions have raised for the reasons of shocking victory, how they successed on organized Iraqi army and military groups? The structure as one resource of Isis examined in this study. However, the study proclaims the organization’s progressed formation.
Isis had used the shape which accurately includes in Islam’s form, especially after killing Zarqawee and declared Islamic state in Iraq. They had effective roles when Abubakir Al-Baghdadi led the group. In his period, the organization’s work had been progressing and could achieve their targets. Also, they made a harmonic between their establishments like any other state’s modern establishments; this makes the observers confuse and get mixed views amid state’s structure and secret organisation forms.
Structure of Isis organised better than all other previous terrorists groups because they were suitable and wisely arranged their formation, administrations, imitate classical Islamic forms, depends on Sulatani theories, and the most potentially effective way they used was violence and forced on their enemies’ power. In contrast, they imitate the new administration structure which includes in the army and creative forces. After controlling Mosul, their troops extensively increased till reached 35 thousand who consist of Iraqis, Syrians, and more than 9 thousand terrorists in Arabic countries and foreigners.
