“Abdulla Urkazy- Islam Faruqi, leader of khuorasan Villayah which is an Islamic state branch with another of 19 colleagues Qary Zahid and Seufulla were arrested” The National Directorate of Security declared in a statement.
“The National Directorate of Security has applied new techniques which are targeting terrorist leader’s networks. Particularly the groups that are threats on national security of Afghanistan” the declaration added.
