Death at home
I was born in Zinjabad in 1968; we are two brothers and two sisters. At the time Zadhir Shaa was Ruler of a state (1933-1973), the country spent peaceful and stable stage. From everywhere, tourists visit the country and universities were full of activities. At that time authorities had plans and people were satisfied for government’s works.
Years of 1972-1973 identified as a crisis and starvation years of the country, thousands were dead due to lack of meals and numerous left homes for behalf of meals.
Before communists took power, protester’s wave started, water network, services had completely collapsed.
My dad passed away in 1975, the country went to more collapses day by day, until in 1978 communists throughout coup took power led by “Taraqi Hafizullah Ameen”. And then they tried to spread communist beliefs, their first reform rule was in agriculture sector. Every one received 2000m2 which before such decisions Mullah “Niamatullah khan” warned us to keep ourselves from these taboos because the lands had owner and we are not allowed to use other’s lands. The son of Mullah Nyaz, Mawlawy tried to convince me to get the land by saying My, Son: “this is last opportunity, otherwise forever you cannot have your own land” BUT “I refused”.
Tents
After Shorewyee coup in April 1979, Afghany’s displaced people were increased in Pakistan and Iran. In Pakistan quickly Humanitarian and UN organization opened their office. Then political parties of Afghanistan became stronger and started to issue ID for their members and fellows. This was good reasons for refugees to transfer in the country without faced difficulties. Pakistan gets along with this action in the area of politics and economy.
Inside tents several Mullahs were achieved reputation and twice a day delivered speeches for refugees and claimed for Jihad. Furthermore, we received news of the country that people were protests and at nights Jihadists attacked Government’s offices and at day they backed to their shelters.
While I was jobless and had not money, but I discussed the view of “Jihadist” with my colleagues, my relatives were in believe to Jihad, when they knew my idea, they told “study because it identify your future”. And then in three months, I saved hundred Pakistan’s Rupee and without awareness of relatives I crossed border and from here my story with Jihad started.
Jihad
I heard Talaban led by “Mullah Mohamad Sadiq” are doing Jihad in “Nilgham”, but I did not aware to contact them due to my relatives because I was sure that they send me back to camp in Pakistan. At that time, Taliban movement was matter of the region and everyone contact them to solve their problems. Their leader was “Mullah Nzar Mohamad” who was a first judge of the movement whom after death of “Mohamad Basanas” became the judge. He built a jail in Bashmul for Taliban.
Taliban was different because they were fight for behalf of believe in God while majority of Jihadists were fighting for behalf of being rich. Taliban educated their generations and members on the basics of religion education.
For instance, every morning they waked up for Morning prays and then they started to study lessons; we were used to read Al-Yasin in the holly Quran in order to be ready for any sudden time for being martyr.
War is life and death: the only things that have roles is chance
I was Just 15, when joined Afghan’s Jihad. I had not experiences on using weapons, but Russian war taught me many things include using weapons and led groups.
Withdraw
The war with Russian was maintained for 10 years; finally we were success in the fight. There were too much the costs of the war. Russians understood that they cannot maintain their fight with jihadists. Thus Jihadists on the international levels and frontlines were success.
From the beginning of Soviet Union’s offensives, UN continuously issued decisions and accused Russian as broker of Human rights. Meanwhile an association established to support problem of Afghanistan in US and EU.
The outcome of all these factors in 1988, by depending on Geneva agreement and led by UN, Russia decided to withdraw from the country.
Within withdrawal of Russian, the life standard of villagers became much better, but US reduced his supplies to military groups.
