At present several forms have been used to realize (national media), in the world, the accurate meaning that has been used to public media is “public service” as a term to serve the public: today most probably in the world’s countries casting refers to Radio and Televisions, thereby this study focus on casting.

4.Losing the cultural, national and religion identity.
5.Decreasing the national feelings because of not having a channel which represent the public humanity channels.
6.Decreasing the Kurdish Language and disappointed of standardizing the Kurdish language.
7.The lack and decreasing the Kurdish literature, arts, and music.
8.Importing the foreign productions like films, dramas and other media productions. This leaves its bad impacts on our national cultures and raises the odds and violence convictions.
Current Needs:
1.Establishing a private institution to arrange the media communications.
2.Establishing a national broad casting which includes Radio and national television. This has its own rules and standard principles through organizing, programs, administration, and economy.
3.Thinking to local media productions particularly films and dramas. It should be devoting a special budget by taking advantages from the foreign staffs and producers till we can product our own productions.
4.Taking a rule to import foreign products and how to coasting from the channels.
