Unfortunately, drug use becomes part of their culture in human society and a paradox is both the lower and poor classes of society are addicted as well as the rich and powerful. In fact, drugs have a history and were originally used mostly as raw materials for ancient medical treatments or some ancient religious rituals, but with the progress of human society and professional revolutions and the opening of a wide route for trade between countries. Due to these developments, drug trafficking became one in the largest, most terrible, most diverse and most profitable businesses in the world, a number of associations and strong international organizations have been active in this field as a mafia and a private army and will never stop.

Social, cultural, national and humanitarian action is needed at all levels. There is not a high level of hope in Kurdistan society and this can be the main reason and the first step for the decline of drugs and the loss of our social capital and wealth.
