I would like to respond to that question in this article, we know Britain and its allies had divided Kurdistan for the sake of their interests and they built a state Sunnis in Mesopotamia. Iraq has constructed under the principles of south Kurdistan annexation.
Making the state of Iraq was a tyrannical decision via Britain and its partners while the victims were Kurdish nation and its soil, Kurds in the south of Kurdistan have sacrificed thousands of people till the ongoing time, before all, the revolution of the king of Kurdistan Sheikh Mahmoud.
Does Iraq make negotiations?
One of the values of the real dialogue between two parties is neither (X) nor (Y) show to be greater than other because conversation requires the agreement of both sides, but during the construction of Iraq until now, Iraq hasn’t been seeing Kurds have such a case whereas it defined the Kurdish case from the valid national case into trouble, rebel and ruining economy so far.
Although the former Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi in a rare statement of September (2019) announced that the Kurdish matter has a lengthy cause in the history of Iraq. Since (1920) Kurds attempted to negotiate with Iraq and Britain, conversely, both countries didn’t believe Kurds have such right and own any case while they minimized the Kurdish matters in the frame of the economy.
The predication of how to provide your employee’s salary is the most painful and hardest word, it is embarrassing the Kurdistan Regional Government, on the other hand, the Iraqi current vision is similar to the ten decades ago, they minimize Kurdish case to salary.
From the first Iraqi government till now they have only one philosophy, they see Kurdistan as a source of Iraqi unrest and the governance headache while all the Iraqi governments know they cannot govern Kurdistan instead of the Kurds. This Arabian Iraqi vision has centralized in the thoughts of the tribes which are not suited with the philosophies of democracy, meanwhile, Iraq has its constitution but the logic of power replaces the logic of the constitution, at this point no conversation will start.
What does Kurdistan do in the Frame of Iraq?
Kurdistan is not accepted by the Arabs as its soil and geography because when someone takes power in Iraq he/she works to get the acceptance of the Arab nationalists and the principle of weakening Kurdistan.
The Kurdistan delegations have two main problems, firstly, the external problems which are Iraq not looking the Kurdistan delegations as an owner of a case, secondly, the internal problems show that the Kurdistan representatives are members of the political parties, these parties usually in political conflicts, furthermore, having two administrations in Kurdistan, the political parties are stronger than the Kurdistan Regional Government, the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and Gorran movement are the first responsible for the Kurdistan current situation.
Finally, the Kurdistan political parties have to reorganize before visiting Baghdad, if they don’t do Iraq is not listening to them and not real negotiation will happen, go and forth don’t make any sense except they don’t work for hand in hand, if they do that, they oblige Iraq to start the real discussion.
